Costs
1. Conference costs
Delegate fee $ 1500 (NZ) ( excludes accommodation)
Companion fee $ 1000 (NZ) Includes all dinners, transport to Queenstown and the all day trip to Cromwell, Wanaka and Cardrona. Excludes accommodation and partner programme activities.
2. Accommodation Delegates to make own arrangements:
Hotel bookings and payment can be made direct by emailing jskidmore@orbit.co.nz (Quote ref. no. 179261 and the cut off date for bookings is 27.02.09 ) As there are a variety and limited numbers of some suites and rooms available bookings will be made in the order they are received.

Companion programme
A separate companions’ programme has been prepared that includes a variety of activities that can be booked for and paid for the previous day. For example - wine trails, harbour/wildlife cruises, half day trip to historic Arrowtown, lake side cycling, shopping, etc.
